Get Strong at Handicap Go, by Nagahara Yoshiaki and Richard Bozulich. Kiseido K59; 1998

This book has 38 problems on eight- and nine-stone handicaps, 52 on six- and seven-stone, 47 on four- and five-stone, and 28 on two- and three-stone. I don't have much to say about this book, but it seems good to me; even if you're not interested in handicap games, it'll give you practice in building up thickness. Be warned, however: the problems sometimes demand a fair amount of reading.
